By registering, investing, or using our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Account & Investment Registration

Provide accurate information during account creation and package subscription. Only one account per person is allowed. Smart Money package investments must be genuine.

3. User Responsibilities

Keep login credentials confidential
Use the platform ethically and lawfully
Avoid spamming, hacking, or manipulating the system
Invest only through authorized Smart Money packages

4. Earnings & Withdrawals

Earnings from tasks, referrals, or investments are processed to your registered M-PESA/UPI account once conditions are met. EuroCashNet reserves the right to verify all transactions before approval.

5. Referral Program

All referrals must be authentic users. Fraudulent referrals or account manipulation will lead to loss of bonuses and possible account suspension.

6. Investment Packages

Investments in Smart Money packages carry certain risks. Users must read package details and accept responsibility for investment decisions. EuroCashNet may adjust package terms at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform materials, content, and logos are owned by EuroCashNet. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Account Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if found violating policies, engaging in fraudulent activity, or misusing investment packages.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for loss of earnings or investments due to user error, system downtime, or network issues
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages

10. Modifications

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use implies acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved via Indian courts or arbitration.
